About.

How HBC came about:

"Life is a beautiful thing. I know what it is like to lose sight of that because of loss, brain chemistry, or thoughts of suicide. I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear. I'm just going to tell you what's in my heart." -- HeartBreak Companion

Grief and sadness are a deep part of the human experience. Sometimes the events in our lives cause this kind of emotion, of course. However, there are other times where our chemistry seems to betray us. I began to use this podcast as my diary. I share all of the diagnosis and events in real time - as well as the past - in order to share an authentic experience. Little by little listeners began to reach out asking questions or requesting topics.
